Pressure Washing vs. Power Washing?
The terms are often used interchangeably, but there is one major difference between pressure washing and power washing. Pressure washing is the use of high-pressure water to blast away dirt and debris and is typically used on softer surfaces like wood and brick. Power washing is the use of high-pressure HOT water to tackle larger and more heavy-duty jobs.
In any case, pressurized water can be used alone. However, that’s not where the real magic comes from. The true art and effectiveness behind power washing lies in the matching of specific cleaning agents (detergents) to the contaminant that needs cleaning. This is what sets us apart from the rest.
Why Choose Us?
We are a full-service company with over 25 years experience in the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Power Washing industry. With our state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary technologies, we are not your dad’s ol’ pressure washer on a pickup truck; We are the area’s leading hard surface restoration specialists.
Our team consists of many trained experts in the field of matching the appropriate cleaning agent to both the contaminant and the substrate. Currently, we work with over 100 different cleaning agents that will all provide different outcomes on different surfaces. This means we can adapt to endless cleaning needs, including: oil spills, rust and calcium stains, atmospheric carbon, and any caked-on messes.
Revive Power Washing is available around the clock. We will work when it is convenient to you and your schedule. Although we love to plan ahead, many of our jobs are booked as last-minute emergencies. We have also travelled all over Ontario to complete the jobs that other companies simply aren’t capable of doing.
You can trust us to provide the best cleaning services in the industry. Some of our notable achievements include being the pressure washing company of choice for major clients such as: Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Costco, Ripley’s Aquarium, Mastercard Centre, and many more.
For some jobs, residential pressure washers will do the trick. But for other jobs, you’ll require equipment that is much more advanced, using high temperatures and more power.
While these machines only shoot water, it’s at extremely high pressure, and they can be dangerous to a non-professional. Many surfaces are too soft for certain applications of power washing, and the risk of damage is quite high. It is always best to hire a professional who has the knowledge and experience of working on all different surfaces.
At Revive Power Washing, we care about the environment and your property. We have toured various cities and town’s water treatment facilities to have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the kind of impact that any gray water can have on the environment. We know anything that goes down the drain ends up in our lakes and streams, so we are involved in various groups and government agencies to stay on top of ways to safely neutralize and discharge any waste water.
